Combine your expertise with leadership and entrepreneurship. As a (Senior) Manager at Mount, you'll lead complex Finance and Risk transformations, advise senior stakeholders and support consultants in their development. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to develop new propositions and client relationships and actively contribute to Mount's continued growth.

Your role

As a (Senior) Manager at Mount Consulting, you'll lead multidisciplinary transformation projects for leading financial institutions, from strategy and design through to implementation.

You'll be responsible for the quality and progress of projects, lead teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at our clients. With your expertise, you'll help translate complex Finance and Risk challenges into practical solutions and sustainable change.

At the same time, you'll look beyond today's project. You'll identify developments in the market, recognize opportunities with existing and new clients and contribute to the development of our services.

Depending on your expertise and the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Independently leading complex client projects and managing project teams
• Advising senior stakeholders on strategic Finance and Risk challenges
• Designing transformation roadmaps and leading complex Finance transformation programs
• Designing and implementing operating models for Finance and Risk processes
• Analyzing regulatory requirements and their impact on data, processes, systems and organizations
• Identifying market developments and translating them into opportunities for our clients and Mount
• Developing and expanding propositions and client relationships
• Coaching and supporting Consultants and Senior Consultants

As a (Senior) Manager, you'll combine expertise, project and stakeholder management and entrepreneurship.

Who are you?

You combine strong subject-matter expertise with leadership and entrepreneurship. You understand how complex consulting projects within the financial sector work, are comfortable engaging with clients at senior level and enjoy developing both clients and colleagues. You take responsibility, provide direction and at the same time create space for others to develop.

In addition:

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience within consulting, a bank, insurance company, asset manager or a comparable financial environment
• You have extensive experience within the CFO and/or CRO domain
• You have in-depth knowledge of areas such as IFRS, financial regulation, risk management and/or Finance Transformation
• You have experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• You're comfortable advising and engaging with senior stakeholders
• You have a strong interest in financial strategy, operating models and transformations
• You enjoy coaching colleagues and contributing to their development
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and recognize commercial opportunities with clients and in the market
• You're fluent in English (and have a basic understanding of Dutch)
