During the interviews, you will get to know colleagues from Mount Consulting. We would like to get to know you, but it is just as important for you to get to know us. To ensure a smooth process, we want to complete these 4 steps with you within 2 weeks
Informal introductory call
During this short introductory call, we will discuss the role and the company in more detail. A perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you already have.
We want to take a closer look at your CV and the potential fit with Mount. Your expectations of the position will also be discussed.
If the first interview went well, we would like to invite you for a second interview with two other colleagues. During this interview, we will tell you more on our projects and working at Mount. Also, we will focus on your knowledge and skills.
Goal of this interview will be to dive deeper into your experience and what you will bring to Mount. In addition, we will ask you to prepare a short presentation on a Finance, Risk or Data case that we will share with you in advance.
If the interviews have shown that you are the right person to strengthen our team, we will be happy to offer you a contract.
