Start your consulting career working on complex transformation challenges within Finance, Risk and Data. At Mount, you'll contribute to challenging projects for leading financial institutions from day one, take on real responsibility and learn directly from experienced colleagues.

Your role

As a Consultant at Mount Consulting, you'll work on strategic transformation projects within the financial sector. Depending on the project, you might work as a business analyst, data analyst or junior architect.

You'll help clients understand complex challenges within Finance, Risk and Data and translate your analyses into solutions that work in practice. Along the way, you'll work closely with experienced Mount colleagues as well as different stakeholders within the client's organization.

Your work may include:

• Analyzing Finance and Risk landscapes
• Structuring and translating complex information into clear analyses and recommendations
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, dependencies and risks
• Developing and implementing strategic plans
• Supporting organizations with the implementation of new regulations
• Working on sustainable finance and other developments within the financial sector

As you grow, you'll take on increasing responsibility within projects and develop your expertise in a direction that matches your interests and ambitions.

Who are you?

You enjoy getting to the heart of complex problems, asking the right questions and working with others to find solutions. You're curious, analytical and comfortable taking initiative.

In addition:

• You have a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• You have 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• You have an interest in Finance, Risk and/or Data
• You have strong analytical skills and can structure complex information clearly
• You're a confident communicator and presenter and enjoy working with others
• Knowledge of financial institutions, processes or regulations is a plus
• You're fluent in English (and have a basic Dutch understanding)
